- If you are not satisfied with your coffee, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
- We will either send you a different roast or issue a full refund.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.

- Subscription charges will be billed to your payment method on a recurring basis according to the frequency you selected when you subscribed.
- You will be billed on the same day of the week or month that you initially signed up.
3. Managing Your Subscription
- You can manage your subscription, including updating your payment method, changing your delivery frequency, or pausing/canceling your subscription, through your account on our website.
- Changes to your subscription must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
- No cancellation fees apply, and you will continue to receive coffee until the end of your current billing period.
5. Refunds for Subscriptions
- If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please contact our customer service team at roast@socialhourcoffee.com. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction, including sending a different roast or issuing a refund for the unsatisfactory batch.
