Thank you for choosing Social Hour Coffee Roasters! We take pride in ensuring your coffee arrives fresh and promptly, so you can enjoy the highest quality in every cup.

Shipping Information

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • We offer flat-rate shipping for standard domestic orders and free shipping on orders over $50.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

  • Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional cost.

Shipping Partners

  • We ship using trusted carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier for each order is chosen based on the most efficient delivery method available.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we’re actively exploring ways to bring Social Hour Coffee to our friends around the world.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Delays

  • Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, inclement weather, or holiday demand. We strive to ensure every order arrives on time, but we appreciate your patience in these rare cases.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at roast@socialhourcoffee.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the order or issuing a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products. However, we guarantee quality and customer satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with your coffee for any reason, contact us at roast@socialhourcoffee.com, and we will gladly send you a replacement roast or issue a refund.
